TERMS

*All photos and emails sent into mi-mo will be kept confidential and not passed onto any 3rd party.
*Your details and pictures will be erased after 6 months of sending - unless we have used any photos for examples on our websites - in which case they will be kept until no longer needed for the website

*We may use your photos on our websites and any advertising unless you have requested, in writing, for us not to do so. We will not disclose any personal information in our advertising - only pictures will be used.. When you place your order you are given consent for us to do this.

*We will endeavor to get your proof email to you within 4-7 working days - unless we are on vacation or ill in which case it may be longer. We do not work weekends.

*Your printed proof will be sent 4-7 working days following the email confirmation to go ahead. Again unless of any reasons as above. We do suggest you receive a proof in the post as the quality on screen can be very different to the printed article. Printing is outsourced at a professional printers. They use a 335gms silk card which is scored and cut by professional guillotines. If you do not wish to see the proof in the post then we will not refund or give any discount if you are not satisfied with the print quality as this is your choice.

*Your invites will be printed and sent to you within 5 working days of receiving payment, unless of points above in which case there may a slight delay.

*You may pay by cheque or paypal. If a cheque is to bounce then you will be liable for all costs involved in the cheque being returned.

*Our prices may change to accommodate competition or price increase of goods required to print your invites. If you have paid a higher price previous to a price drop - you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference. If you place an order and the price increases before you have paid then you will liable to the new price change. We will at our discretion sometimes honour a previous price for clients.

*We cannot claim any price difference from a client paying less than a newly advertised price.

*We may withdraw a design, card type or invite style at any time without prior consent and without notice - all current orders will be honored in this instance.

*We will not be held liable to lost invites in the post - a claim for their cost and inconvenience must be made to the Postal service used. Also any delays in posting due to postal strikes cannot be helped and we cannot be held responsible for any delay.

*By sending in your details and photos you are given consent for this information to be used on your invites and data will be kept on our systems until the 6 months are up.

*We will not be held responsible for any legal claims that may arise from areas such as lost invites, pictures on advertising material including the websites and any printing errors that may occur.

*Complaints must be made in writing. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect.

The company shall not be liable to the client in respect of any loss or liability arising through any cause or act Including negligence caused directly or indirectly by any of ourselves.
